kde-l10n-zhtw software package provides Traditional Chinese (zhtw) localization for KDE, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install kde-l10n-zhtw
kde-l10n-zhtw is installed in your system.
Make ensure the kde-l10n-zhtw package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep kde-l10n-zhtw *
You will get with kde-l10n-zhtw package name, version, architecture and description in a table
